Blackmon Shoals is a student housing complex located on five acres of land 2.5 miles from campus center. Greenleaf built into the final aspects of the Phase 1 development consisting of 30 single family homes, with 100 beds. The investment required the funding, construction and operations of multiple single family student rentals. These properties were held for approximately 18 months, and then sold, generating and cumulative return of 72% for equity investors.
