Greenleaf controls and adds value by vertically integrating the management, construction, and capital segments of the business - maintaining oversight and accountability across all aspects of the process. Greenleaf invests and operates these properties on a deal by deal basis to sustain flexibility in operations and oversight. Acquisitions are split between current, stable cash-flow producing properties and value-add ones needing some level of renovation and/or operational improvement.
